Q: Where is drop off and pick up for campers?
LaRoche University Soccer Field

Q: What if I am running late for pick-up?
A camp contact will be provided prior to the beginning of camp.

Q: What if my child has a scheduling conflict and can’t attend the full day of camp?
Campers can leave early/come late. If leaving early, coaches will need to be notified and campers will check out with their respective coach.

Q: Will players be grouped by age or skill level?
Campers will be grouped by a combination of age and skill.

Q: What should my child bring to camp?

Half-Day and Full-Day:

Sun screen, Water, Snacks, training attire, Soccer ball

Residential:

Swim suit, 2 pairs of shin guards, Flip flops/running shoes , Practice and casual clothes , 12 pairs of soccer socks

Soccer ball, Towels and toiletry items, Water jug and sunscreen, Bed linens, pillows, etc. 

Snacks/drinks for room

Q: Will goalkeepers receive specialized training?
A goalkeeping coach will be present during camp.

Q: How can I contact my child if they do not have a cell phone during the camp?
A camp contact will be provided prior to the beginning of camp.

Q: How many meals will be provided?

Half-day: None | Full day: Lunch | Residential: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner


Dorm Related Questions:

Q: Can my child request to room with a friend?

Yes.

Q: Will my child have a key to their dorm room?

Yes.

Q: Will there be staff supervising the dorms?

Yes.

Medical FAQ’s 

Q: Will there be medical staff on-site?

Staff with first aid training will be present during camp. For emergency purposes, Passavant Hospital is located across the street from campus. Minor injuries like scrapes, bruises or muscle strains, will be treated on-site. In the event of a more serious injury, parent/guardian will be notified immediately.

Q: My child has an allergy. How will staff/kitchen be notified?
Please let us know ahead of time and we will make appropriate accommodations

Registration FAQ’s

Q: Do I need to create a TeamSnap account for a child, or can I use my own?
One TeamSnap account can host multiple athletes and registrants.

Q: I created a TeamSnap account, but I don’t see the camp registration option. What should I do?

Q: I already filled out some of the registration forms, but I lost my progress. Do I have to start over?
Contact TeamSnap or begin the registration process again. 

Q: What if I accidentally registered my child in the wrong group?

Q: What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be given in the event a player is injured prior to camp and will not be able to participate.

Q: I’m registering multiple children. Do I need to create separate accounts?
TeamSnap can host multiple children.
